Stakeholder dialogues are a method for managing change processes through cooperation. Their distinguishing feature is that they involve the stakeholders relevant to implementing a measure. Stakeholder dialogues bring different perspectives together, and enable the stakeholders to jointly seek solutions that are not partial and that do not ignore difficulties.
